A read-only PowerShell tool that turns SharePoint and Microsoft 365 governance exports into an explainable, prioritized access-review backlog. It combines permission exposure, broad access, external sharing, ownership, inactivity, data completeness, and optional business context, with read-only PnP PowerShell enrichment for higher-priority sites.
