How Engagements Work
Most engagements start with a focused assessment of the area causing pain — governance, permissions, automation, or migration readiness — and produce a prioritized, practical roadmap. From there I either implement directly or support your internal team with reviews, documentation, and hands-on guidance.
The consistent thread is supportability: every recommendation accounts for who will own it, what it costs to run, and what happens when the consultant leaves.

Yes. Choosing the most supportable automation option is a core part of this service. The right answer depends on volume, error handling, ownership, licensing, and who maintains it after go-live — I help you make that call before the solution is built, not after it becomes hard to support.

Yes. Governance reviews cover site and Teams sprawl, ownership, permissions, sharing links, guest access, lifecycle, and retention — translated into a remediation roadmap with priorities, not a policy binder.

Yes. Copilot readiness is largely a permissions, content quality, and governance problem. I review what Copilot would be able to surface for each user and help you fix oversharing and ownership gaps before rollout.
Do you work remotely or only in Vancouver?
