Microsoft 365 Consulting for SharePoint, Governance, Copilot Readiness and Automation
Not generic Microsoft 365 advisory. I focus on the parts of the platform where organizations accumulate the most risk and support debt: SharePoint Online, governance, permissions, external sharing, Copilot readiness, and automation.
Engagements produce working solutions and concrete deliverables — not slideware.

How Engagements Work
Most engagements start with a focused assessment of the area causing pain — governance, permissions, automation, or migration readiness — and produce a prioritized, practical roadmap. From there I either implement directly or support your internal team with reviews, documentation, and hands-on guidance.
The consistent thread is supportability: every recommendation accounts for who will own it, what it costs to run, and what happens when the consultant leaves.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does your Microsoft 365 consulting cover? expand_more
The practical side of Microsoft 365: SharePoint Online architecture and migration, governance and permissions, external sharing, information architecture, Copilot readiness, Power Platform supportability, and automation built on Azure Functions and Microsoft Graph. I do not do licensing resale or generic adoption workshops — the focus is making your environment supportable.
How is this different from generic Microsoft 365 advisory? expand_more
It is hands-on and specific. Engagements produce concrete deliverables — permission findings, governance models, migration plans, working automation, documented SPFx solutions — rather than slideware. Recommendations come with the how, the tradeoffs, and what your internal team needs to maintain them.
Can you help us decide between Power Automate, Azure Functions, and Microsoft Graph? expand_more
Yes. Choosing the most supportable automation option is a core part of this service. The right answer depends on volume, error handling, ownership, licensing, and who maintains it after go-live — I help you make that call before the solution is built, not after it becomes hard to support.
Do you help with Microsoft 365 governance and external sharing? expand_more
Yes. Governance reviews cover site and Teams sprawl, ownership, permissions, sharing links, guest access, lifecycle, and retention — translated into a remediation roadmap with priorities, not a policy binder.
Can you prepare our tenant for Microsoft 365 Copilot? expand_more
Yes. Copilot readiness is largely a permissions, content quality, and governance problem. I review what Copilot would be able to surface for each user and help you fix oversharing and ownership gaps before rollout.
Do you work remotely or only in Vancouver? expand_more
Both. I am based in Vancouver, British Columbia and work remotely with organizations across Canada; on-site work in the Vancouver area can be arranged when it helps the engagement.
